The artist Nadia Plesner won the trial that was set up against her by LVMH. She used a contradiction in a confrontational, for some, painting where a hungry African kid carries a Louis Vuitton bag and the obligate puppy in tee. Louis Vuitton claimed that it was forbidden to use their bag in a painting. As if their bag is some sort of Mohammed sic. Anyway the artist won. It is within proportion. Free speech is more important than Intellectual property according to the court. We are finally getting some idea of what needs more protection: freedom of speech, intellectual property and of course insulting religion.
